If you are like most Americans today you either are very health concious or do not give a damn about it,there is a 50 50 split on that in this country though with the many articles in foreign publications about "Fat Ameicans" the number of those who dont give a damn is decreasing.To maintain good Healthy Living and Physical and Mental Wellness you must Exercise and you must Eat Well Balenced Healthy Meals,the food groups should be represented in each meal.If you must havea snack between meals have an apple or an orange or a banana,any kind of fruit will do or snack crackers like triscuits or even saltines.Whatever you do get away from the habit of reaching for those twinkies or ho ho's or suzy q's,yes I know they are good at least tasting but are they good for you?I dont think so try reading the package and see what all they have in them and to what percentages for minimum daily requirements.Good healthy eating and exercise is the ticket along with quitting certain bad habits that not everybody has,like smoking for one I quit it was'nt easy but I knew that I could do it as I already had twice both times while Pregnant,yes I actually listened to my Doctor.Unfortuneately so did my Husband and stopped buying me Mt Dew somewould say that you should stop drinking soda as well,I wont as I still have my Mt Dew and my Husband Still drinks his Coca Cola,though we did compromise and decide that our kids are stuck with seven up or sierra mist as both are caffine free.So though I would say that you do not have to quit drinking soda it would not hurt you to cut back on your daily intake,after all you must retain some vice in your life or you would'nt be human
