EXERCISE:
Yes I am sure that you have heard this a thousand times however I am saying it again,exercise is a key factor in your personal health it does'nt have to be strenuous or anything like that.Exercise can be fun and beneficial at the same time if you make it that way,I have a pair of Roller Blades I got at Wal-Mart they are not overly expensive and they are functional.
I go Roller Blading every evening and my kids go with me on their bikes,not only do we get our daily Exercise for the day but we have fun and spend some quality time together.If you do not trust your balance enough for Roller Blades than try riding a bike or walking,either one is good for you and good for your body as well(no jogging it's terrible on your knees.). Being the time of year it is Swimming is also an option and an excellent workout as well,if you dont beleive me ask Evander Holyfeild he swam his way to the Heavyweight Championship.You can take all the diet pills in the world and it will avail you not if you do not Excercise to in conjunction with them, so put on your comfortable shoes after dinner and take a walk around the block and help yourself to a healthier tomorrow.
